No incumbent contractor information is provided in the solicitation documents. Contractor pricing must be all-inclusive of travel expenses, per diem, lodging, and all federal, state, and local taxes, with contractors required to furnish uniforms conforming to IHS standards and maintain medical liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 per specialty per occurrence. The primary duty station is located at Santa Fe Indian Health Center, 1700 Cerrillos Road, Santa Fe, NM 87505, with rotation to Santa Clara Indian Health Center, 400 State Road 30, Espanola, NM 87532, as needed.
