Transient Aircraft Services -- Selfridge Air National Guard Base, Michigan is requesting proposals from SDVOSB concerns for the award of a contract for Transient Aircraft Services. The Scope of work is as follows: Non-personal services to provide all personnel, equipment, tools materials, supervision and other items or services necessary to perform TA Services, These services may be required at multiple SANGB locations simultaneously. TA services shall include: transient aircraft management, arrival, processing, and departure services for all transient aircraft. Contractors shall be fully qualified in all aspects of the requirements to be considered. TA services shall be conducted in strict compliance with local, Air Force (AF), Department of Defense (DoD), Occupational Safety and Health Agency (OSHA), Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Agency (MIOSHA) standards which mandate strict safety and security requirements for military air operations. The Government contemplates a basic contract period commencing 01 June 2017 through 30 Nov 2017 with 4 subsequent one-year option periods (possible duration 01 Dec 2017 thru 30 Nov 2021). This requirement is set-aside 100% for certified SDVOSB small business concerns, offers from other than SDVOSB small business concerns will not be considered.. For SDVOSB information see http://www.sba.gov/ . The small business size standard for North American Industry Classification System Code 488119 is average annual receipts of $32,500,000 for the preceding 3 years. The successful contractor will be chosen using source selection procedures that result in the best value to the Government. All information required for submission of an offer will be identified in the solicitation. Solicitation W912JB-17-R-4005 will be issued electronically on/about 10 Mar 2017 at https://www.fbo.gov/ with an anticipated award date of 1 June 2017. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. This synopsis of proposed contract action is for planning purposes only and does not commit the Government to pay for any information, issue a solicitation, or award a contract. The synopsis is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. Any costs incurred as a result of a response to this announcement shall be borne by the firm and will not be charged to the Government for reimbursement. Paper copies will not be available. You must register on that site in order to receive notification of changes to the solicitation. Closing is anticipated to be on or about 10 Apr 2017. All interested parties must be registered in System for Award management (SAM) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 Alt A prior to the award. For details see https://www.sam.gov/ .
