The Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers, Artesia, New Mexico intends to issue a Re-Solicitation for the requirement for Student Support Services. The functional areas requiring support include Transportation, Vehicles, Drivers Training and Firearms support services, Equipment/Recreation Issue, Recreation and Training Support, Educational Aides Support, and Role player services. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, management and supervision to meet the requirements as identified in the solicitation. This requirement will be solicited through a 100% Small Business set-aside. The NAICS code is 561210 with a small business size standard of $38.5 million. The Government anticipates a firm fixed price contract with indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) items. The period of performance for this contract shall consist of one base year from date of award through September 30, 2017 plus seven one year option periods with an additional six (6) month extension in accordance with FAR Clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, to be exercised at the Government's discretion.
A Pre-Proposal/Site Visit will be held on December 1, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. MDT at the FLETC, Artesia, New Mexico. See solicitation documents for further details on attending the Pre-Proposal Conference.
