This contract incorporates the one or more clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. F.2 PLACE OF PERFORMANCE
Services shall be performed at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC), Artesia, NM. Section C provides additional information regarding the location and the description of the Center.
F.3 TERM OF CONTRACT
a. The contract term is anticipated to be from date of award through 30 September 2024. There are seven 1-year option periods, for a total contract period of performance of approximately 91 months.
b. The option periods may be unilaterally exercised at the discretion of the Government. The Government may extend the term to the contract in accordance with the “Option to Extend the Term of the Contract” clause in Section I, by giving written notice to the contractor fifteen (15) days prior to the expiration of the contract. In the option periods, the Government will adjust prices, as required, based upon any Department of Labor Wage Rate Determination revisions.
F.4 POST AWARD/PREPERFORMANCE CONFERENCE
The Contractor shall meet with the Contracting Officer, at a time to be determined by the Contracting Officer, to discuss and develop mutual understandings relative to scheduling and administering work. The Contractor will be given as much notice as possible (normally five (5) working days notice), by the Contracting Officer, prior to the date of the conference.
F.5 WORK SCHEDULE
The work schedule shall be as specified under Section C of this requirement.
