About this opportunity
The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort Leonard Wood seeks fabrication and installation of two outdoor, double-sided, full-color LED marquee signs with five-year cellular data and cloud-based content management support, with quotes due September 22, 2026, at 4:00 PM CST. This is a total small business set-aside issued as a Firm Fixed-Price Request for Quote under solicitation W911S7-26-Q-A006.
Place of performance is Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. The NAICS code is 339950 (Sign Manufacturing), with a size standard of 500 employees. Contract duration will not exceed 180 days from award.
The scope requires design, mock-ups, and installation of two LED displays: a 4'2" x 6'4" double-sided display at Nutter Field House (Replacement Avenue) with wall bracket mounting, and a 3'2" x 7'4" double-sided display at Army Community Service (Iowa Avenue) with vertical cabinet mounting. Both must be outdoor-rated, front-serviceable, and support JPEG, PNG, MP4, and multi-frame content. The contractor must provide an integrated, carrier-unlocked cellular modem/router with unlimited or minimum 5GB monthly high-speed data per sign for five years at no recurring Government cost, and a cloud-based Content Management System (perpetual license or fully prepaid five-year subscription) supporting at least five user accounts with role-based access controls. The contractor removes and lawfully disposes of existing sign equipment, connects and tests the new signs, and provides operator training for up to six personnel. Contractor personnel must comply with OPSEC (AR 530-1), Antiterrorism (AR 525-13), and iWatch training. The Government furnishes electrical service to a junction box minimum three feet from each sign; the contractor completes connection from the junction box forward. There is no site visit or questions period. Award will be made to the technically acceptable offeror with the lowest evaluated price; if more than three quotes are received, only the three lowest-priced quotes will be evaluated technically. Questions due to Mr. Zakhireh (zackery.m.zakhireh.civ@army.mil, 573-596-1803). A Questions and Answers amendment was posted September 17, 2026, addressing electrical infrastructure details.
