Update #6 · Latest ·
The Government has received a few questions pertaining to the instructions on Attachment 04 - P6 Cost Summary. Where the cells do not cover the full five-year ordering period (for example, some cells only total ordering periods one to three), offerors should adjust the spreadsheet so that it accurately reflects the offeror's full cost summary (inclusive of years four and five). The instructions are designed to serve as a guide post, but offerors are able to depart from them in order to accurately convey their full five-year cost summary (like in the instance stated above)..
Update #5 ·
The Government has received a few questions in regards to final Amendment 0001 provided on 27 February 2019 and is hereby providing the following responses to those questions:
Q1. Please confirm that the "Current Program Management Institute (PMI)Certification" is desired and not required for the Project Lead (Key Personnel)position.
A1. Per Section C, Paragraph 3.4.1.5, a current PMI certification is DESIRED not required.
Q2. Can the PMI Certification be substituted by DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE LEVEL III (HIGHEST): Program Management certification and the candidate be considered just as qualified?
A2. There is no substitution for the PMI Certification. Per Section C, Paragraph 3.4.1.5, a current PMI certification is DESIRED not required.
Also, the Government received an inquiry asking why language that appeared in the draft Amendment 0001 in Section L, Part B, Paragraph 1.2 had been deleted. This language was not deleted from the final Amendment 0001 but instead moved to a more appropriate Section L paragraph: Part B, Paragraph 3.5.2..
