About this opportunity
The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts is soliciting quotes for a cloud-based Social Media Monitoring Tool to assist with scheduling posts for judiciary social media accounts and systematically monitoring popular social media platforms for judiciary-related topics, with particular focus on emerging issues and information that could undermine judicial process integrity. The tool must support three user accounts and provide real-time monitoring capabilities across multiple platforms including X, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Reddit, Threads, Bluesky, Mastodon, and Telegram, with sophisticated search query capabilities and the ability to schedule and share posts across platforms. The procurement requires vendors to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and demonstrate technical compliance with all specified requirements. The evaluation will be conducted using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria, considering technical acceptability, past performance review, and total pricing across all contract line items. Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted by June 16, 2025 at 12:00 PM Eastern, with quotes due by June 24, 2025 at 12:00 PM EST via email to the specified contracting officers.
This solicitation is unrestricted and not set aside for small businesses, as the Judiciary is not subject to FAR small business regulations. No incumbent contractors or potential award values are specified in the documentation. The contract structure includes a base year from August 1, 2025 to July 31, 2026, followed by four consecutive one-year option periods extending through July 31, 2030, with each period covering three monthly subscriptions for the monitoring tool. The tool must provide immediate deployment capabilities following contract award and support the monitoring of at least 10 keyword terms across the various social media platforms. Performance will take place in Washington, DC, with the Administrative Office requiring customer support during business hours and mobile/desktop access capabilities for AO leadership content sharing.
