Q&A for USCA25Q0260
| Number | Reference | Question |
| 1 | SOW | Are you only looking for a single vendor that offers both social listening & scheduling/publishing, or are you open to multiple vendors to ensure you have the best capabilities on each front? |
If you're open to evaluating the best social listening solution & the best posting/engagement solution separately, I'd love to submit a bid. If not, and you're looking for an all-in-one (regardless of listening limitations), please let me know.
Government Answer:
We are looking for one vendor to do all of the requirements. We are not soliciting for partial awards.
| 2 | SOW | Are you open to a single bid in consortium (our leading social listening platform & one of our partners for scheduling/posting) to ensure you have the best over tech stack in place (again, all-in-one solutions will miss a vast majority of conversations that a dedicated listening solution vendor will pick up)? Or are you only open to a single/all-in-one platform? |
| Government Answer: |
The Government is looking for one vendor with a single platform.
3 SOW Section 2.2 Our platform currently provides real-time or near-real-time monitoring and analytics for all of the listed platforms except Mastodon. Due to the federated nature of Mastodon, we are not confident that comprehensive third-party monitoring coverage of this platform is technically feasible at this time. Based on our internal research and current understanding of the limited access available to Mastodon through third-party tools, we wanted to clarify whether a solution that meets all other requirements would still be considered for award. Could you please advise whether a solution that meets all other solicitation requirements but has limited or no monitoring capabilities for Mastodon would still be considered technically acceptable for award consideration?
Government Answer:
Mastodon is not a required platform for monitoring and has been removed from the SOW and Attachment 2.
