No incumbent contractors or current service providers are identified in the notice, nor are any specific award values or budget ranges disclosed at this pre-solicitation stage. The contract structure includes a base period beginning December 1, 2025, with four potential one-year option periods that could extend the agreement through November 30, 2030, representing a possible five-year total contract duration. The scope covers snow removal services across ten different building locations and two Building 99 sites, with the contractor responsible for depositing removed snow on adjacent grass areas while VA medical center staff will handle ice melting product application. The suggested NAICS code is 561730 (Landscaping Services) and the Product Service Code is S218 (Housekeeping - Snow Removal/Salt).
