About this opportunity
Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC/WVSS) is preparing to solicit a Secure Video Teleconference (SVTC) upgrade under a total small business set-aside, with a request for information due October 7, 2026. The procurement addresses modernization of SVTC and audiovisual capabilities across five designated conference spaces at Building 1630, Hanscom Air Force Base, to support enhanced collaboration and secure multi-classification operations in compliance with Department of War, Air Force, and Defense Information Systems Agency security directives.
The solution must deliver a complete turnkey SVTC and A/V system encompassing procurement, delivery, installation, configuration, testing, training, and lifecycle maintenance with defined Service Level Agreements. Five conference spaces range from approximately 200 to 500 square feet. Technical requirements include Microsoft Teams audio/video conferencing capability with Microsoft productivity tool integration; multi-enclave operational support with physical and logical isolation across NIPR, SIPR, JWICS, and potentially contractor networks; secure switching of room peripherals between classified networks without system reboots; non-penetrating mounting solutions; clear visual indicators of active network classification and microphone mute status; and an intuitive user interface for non-technical personnel. Government-provided approved secure switching/KVM technology will maintain network separation. Currently no AV or control systems are installed in any rooms; vendors should assume complete system replacement. Display technology preferences remain open pending resolution of physical restrictions and room-specific constraints. A site visit (date TBD) will allow vendors to meet with technical and end-user teams to understand operational workflows. White papers must be submitted by September 23, 2026, at 4:00 PM to Capt. Landon Smith (landon.smith.13@us.af.mil), limited to eight pages.
