Evaluation criteria will include bid price, technical capability, and compliance with solicitation requirements.

The project has a firm-fixed-price contract structure with an estimated cost range between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000 and a 127-day performance period. Five companies submitted bids, with prices ranging from $5,924,354.60 (Curtin Maritime Corp.) to $8,792,795 (J.F. Brennan Company), compared to the government estimate of $6,014,556.31.
