The contract will operate on a firm fixed-price basis covering the base period from August 30, 2026 through August 29, 2027, with four one-year renewal options and one six-month option extending through February 29, 2032. Service hours are Monday–Friday 0345–2130 and Saturday–Sunday–Holidays 0345–2200, with sailors required to arrive at turnstiles by 0600 and final departures from work sites at 1730 on weekdays. The exact award value has not been disclosed; however, bidders must submit annual pricing across the base year and all option periods using the provided pricing worksheet. Place of performance is Newport News, Virginia 23607, with the Technical Point of Contact being CDR Tyler Ordway at NAVSUP FLC Norfolk and questions to be submitted to james.p.keegan7.civ@us.navy.mil.
