Rent must be expressed as cost per ABOA and RSF. Tenant Improvement and Building Specific Amortized Capital amortization must be stated separately and limited to the first five years. Estimated occupancy is April 30, 2027.
The Tenant Improvement allowance is $60.72 per ABOA SF, with anticipated overage of approximately $303.00 per ABOA SF. The BSAC is $12.00 per ABOA SF. The government will award to the lowest priced technically acceptable offer, evaluated using present value price analysis.
