About this opportunity
GSA seeks to lease office space in San Juan, Puerto Rico, for U.S. Trustee Program occupancy, with responses due November 4, 2026. No set-aside is used. The notice contains nine space listings ranging from 2,080 to 5,451 ABOA square feet, each with structured parking and a reserved space, and each subject to EOUST approval of final space determination and acceptance. Full terms run 10, 15, or 20 years, with firm terms of 5, 10, or 15 years and one or two five-year renewal options, depending on the listing.
Every listing requires a secured lobby with a security guard or station, a secondary entrance or emergency egress, and office and support space on one floor above ground level in contiguous space. Non-contiguous space may be considered as an alternative. Each building must have a public bus or rail stop within two blocks, a loading dock, and a freight elevator, and must provide USTP staff access to the building, office, and utilities. For the District Office only, one structured parking space must be marked "RESERVED" for the Assistant U.S. Trustee.
Place of performance is a delineated area of San Juan bounded by the street segments listed in the notice, and an attached route map (2PR0143 New DA (09.16.25).pdf) depicts the boundary. The notice names no incumbent and identifies no industry day, sources sought notice, or RFI.
