About this opportunity

The Executive Office of the President's Office of Administration Information Technology (EOP OAIT) has issued a Request for Information (RFI) for an open-source Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution. This Special Notice, posted on November 18, 2025, represents market research by the federal government to gather information from vendors regarding potential CRM implementations. The RFI is seeking information about solutions that can be deployed on-premises in an air-gapped environment to support EOP staff operations. This is explicitly stated as not being a Request for Proposal and does not represent a commitment by the government to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The opportunity is open to all qualified vendors with relevant expertise in open-source CRM solutions.

The primary objective of this RFI is to conduct market research on available open-source CRM platforms capable of meeting the EOP's specific technical and operational requirements. Interested vendors must submit their responses via email to Leonardo.I.Acevedo@oa.eop.gov (with Franky.M.Awuvey@oa.eop.gov copied) by December 5, 2025 at 11:00 AM ET, following specific naming conventions and formatting guidelines, with responses limited to 4 pages. The RFI seeks information on solution architecture, system integration capabilities, rough order of magnitude cost estimates for software and services, previous deployment experience, implementation timelines, and potential acquisition vehicles. The proposed CRM solution must support an initial pilot phase with 4 teams and approximately 50 users, scaling to 300 users post-pilot, with capabilities including contact management, interaction tracking, bulk uploads, advanced search, dynamic reporting, air-gapped security, and mobile access via the Presidential Information Technology Community network. The government may request product demonstrations and further engagement with responding companies as part of the market research process, though no contract award or future solicitation is guaranteed.
