This is a Design-Build project to demo, repair and restore interior and exterior elements damaged as resulting from Hurricane Michael. Associated areas of repair are identified within this scope of work. The project is comprised of one building on Tyndall AFB and the related disciplines of work as specific tasks in Scope of Work (Appendix A). The Design-Build Team will consist of a Construction and design team Designer of Record (DOR) that shall perform the services herein and as described in this Statement of Work (SOW).

The changes include:
1. Changed from 4 legged tower to 3 legged tower, this was a typo (paragraph 1.1.1.1.8)
2. Added note to place tower as close to existing tower as possible for user FAA certification by end user (paragraph 1.1.1.2.3)
3. Added note indicating swing gate needs to face existing access road (paragraph 1.5.2)
4. Added clarification indicating that only equipment shelter requires shallow foundation, tower requires deep foundations (paragraph 1.1.1.1.9)
