Project 090006: Repair Fire Safety Deficiencies at Facility 30013, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. This project installs a new robust fire fighting looped water supply system in addition to new fire sprinklers in the Building, which includes complete building wet sprinkler system, fire alarm panel, sub-panels, mass notification system, audio/visual fire alarm devices, fire alarm sensing devices, and firewalls to divide the 280,000 Square Feet (SF) Facility into three areas.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Facility 30013 is a centralized storage for mobility personal protective equipment and a heavy vehicle repair shop that are vital to the Base. There are also smaller building occupants including a fabrication area for a specialized packaging mission among other occupants that require coordinating area access prior to commencing work.
