About this opportunity
This solicitation seeks a firm fixed-price contract to complete phased repair and alteration work of an airfield apron and associated infrastructure at Naval Air Station Fort Worth Joint Reserve Base in Fort Worth, Texas. The Department of the Air Force Reserve Command is procuring these construction services to comply with Air Force design specifications. Offerors must have experience with projects requiring temporary fencing, pavement marking, restoration, removal of structures, stormwater improvements, underground utilities, and aircraft tie-downs. Proposals will be evaluated using lowest price technically acceptable procedures with a submission deadline of July 23, 2021.

Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award. The SAM site is http://www.sam.gov.
Special arrangements will be required to gain access to NAS Fort Worth JRB, TX. Attendees will need to obtain a visitor’s pass at the Visitor Center located at the Pumphrey Dr NAS-JRB Front Gate. Visitor Center hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday thru Friday. Contact Robert Walz at robert.walz.1@us.af.mil and Todd Benner at todd.benner@us.af.mil three (3) business days before arrival to request and submit base access pass information. Note, a background screen is required for access to NAS Fort Worth JRB. See Section L, Clause 52.236-27.
