The project involves relocating substantial quantities of modular office furniture systems, primarily Knoll brand components including worksurfaces ranging from 30"x24" to 84"x24", panel systems with various heights (42" to 78"), electrical components, storage solutions, and specialized equipment across multiple buildings at the military installation. The furniture pull lists detail hundreds of individual components including power modules, LED task lights, mobile pedestals, overhead cabinets, and height-adjustable desk systems that must be carefully inventoried, transported, and reinstalled. Contractors must complete all work according to provided floor plan drawings and conduct joint walk-throughs with the Government Program Manager before final payment authorization. The Statement of Work excludes any modifications to electrical, structural, plumbing, or HVAC systems, focusing solely on furniture relocation and installation services.
