About this opportunity
The Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Installation and Mission Support Center seeks monthly physical video game kits for twenty Air Force library locations at remote and isolated installations, with proposals due September 21, 2026. This is a resolicitation opened to full and open competition after retraction of the original small business set-aside.
Place of performance is Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The requirement spans a 12-month base period (September 30, 2026 through September 29, 2027) plus three optional 12-month renewal periods extending through September 29, 2030. Each monthly shipment shall contain twenty identical kits (one per location), with six different video game titles per kit, all locations receiving identical titles monthly. All video games must be new physical retail copies compatible with Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch; no title may repeat during the same contract period. The contractor shall maintain a commercially available web-based purchasing system enabling government personnel to review available titles, access detailed product information, create shopping carts, and submit monthly selections, with the government retaining final selection authority. All shipping, packaging, handling, and transportation costs—including to APO addresses via USPS gateways in New York or San Francisco—shall be included in the firm-fixed price. The contractor must replace nonconforming items at no additional cost and provide a designated customer service representative for order and service issues.
Source selection is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Offerors must submit a pricing schedule (Volume 1) and a maximum 10-page technical approach (Volume 2) demonstrating adequate understanding of requirements and providing trial access to the web-based purchasing system. The NAICS code is 339930, Doll, Toy, and Game Manufacturing. All offerors must be registered in SAM prior to award.
