About this opportunity
The Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center seeks to award a contract to provide regression test targets and support services for flight tests involving inert munitions employment from Air Force aircraft. The selected contractor will build and transport four unmanned ground vehicles, four trailers, replacement plywood, and associated support equipment to the Barry M. Goldwater Range in Arizona. The contractor must also participate in test planning activities and weekly calls. Proposals will be evaluated on price and technical acceptability, with award going to the lowest priced technically acceptable offer. The response deadline is April 11, 2022.
This is a total small business set-aside. The contractor will provide services over an 18-day period in October 2022, including one travel day each way. The unmanned vehicles, trailers, and equipment must be delivered to Gila Bend, Arizona to be used as targets for tests involving inert rocket and bomb employment from A-10 and F-16 aircraft. The government will take ownership of any equipment totaled during testing.
