The contractor must supply toll-free dictation equipment with simultaneous dictator capacity of 5 to 25 lines per facility, maintain HIPAA and VA compliance, and interface with VISTA via VPN. Personnel requiring VA system access must pass background investigations at contractor expense and complete annual privacy and cybersecurity training. Contract terms include 60-day voice retention, 12-month transcript archiving, monthly status reporting, and corrective action protocols. The contracting office point of contact is Contracting Specialist Diana McInnis (diana.mcinnis@va.gov).
