About this opportunity

The Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network 4 is seeking proposals for a five-year firm-fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreement to provide court reporting and stenography services across multiple VA medical centers. The required services include verbatim recording and transcription of sworn testimony for administrative hearings and investigations. Offerors must demonstrate certification from the American Association of Electronic Reporters and Transcribers or the National Court Reporters Association and a 100% transcript accuracy rate. Proposals are due by March 4, 2024, and the contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous based on price and technical evaluation factors.

This is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses under NAICS code 561492 for court reporting and stenography services. The services will be provided at VA facilities located in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New York. The government anticipates awarding a single BPA contract, but the specific award value or quantity of services is not provided. The initial solicitation has been cancelled and this represents a reissuance of the requirement.
