Evaluation will be based on technical approach and ability to meet the Statement of Work requirements and schedule, price reasonableness, and past performance with an acceptable or neutral rating required. The due date for quotations is May 1, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, with questions due by April 23, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time to Mary.Bosch@usda.gov.

The government will deliver and retrieve vehicles for outfitting, with the contractor performing all work at their facility within the 150-mile radius of Placerville, California, and must complete installation within 30 calendar days per vehicle. Service Contract Labor Standards apply, with prevailing wage determinations provided for six counties spanning California and Nevada based on the geographic scope of the National Forests involved.
