About this opportunity

CANCELLATION NOTICE

The Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration, Veterans Integrated Service Network 10 has canceled solicitation 36C25026Q0444 for Teleradiology Services at the Dayton VA Medical Center, effective September 8, 2026. No award will be made under this solicitation.

The Government identified additional procedural and technical requirements following the Medical Center's transition to the Oracle Health electronic health record system. These requirements include compliance with standards necessary for Federal Baseline inclusion, with the estimated vendor-approval process requiring approximately 24 months and 12 to 15 months needed to achieve Federal Baseline inclusion. Because these requirements and their associated timeline materially affect the solicitation's scope and anticipated performance schedule, the solicitation no longer accurately reflects the Government's requirements.

The original solicitation, posted July 10, 2026 with an initial offer due date of July 31, 2026 (extended to August 11, 2026 via Amendment 0001), was for indefinite-quantity, indefinite-delivery teleradiology interpretation services. The requirement covered approximately 15,807 radiology exams annually across modalities including X-ray, CT, MRI, and ultrasound, with a guaranteed minimum of 10 wRVUs and a maximum contract value not to exceed 105,000 wRVUs across a five-year period running November 1, 2026 through October 31, 2031. The procurement was set aside 100% for small businesses, NAICS 621512 (Diagnostic Imaging Centers), PSC Q522 (Medical-Radiology). Services required 24/7/365 availability with board-certified or board-eligible diagnostic radiologists meeting American College of Radiology guidelines and The Joint Commission standards. Turnaround times were 15 minutes for stroke protocol CTs, one hour for STAT exams, two hours for urgent exams, and 48 hours for routine exams.

Any future requirement will be announced separately on SAM.gov, if and when appropriate. Contracting Officer Karen Williams (614-257-5220, Karen.Williams4@va.gov) manages this matter.
