The key personnel roster lists one primary and one alternate processor at St. Louis John Cochran, two primary and one alternate at Columbia, one primary at Marion, and two primary and one alternate at the Kansas VA Medical Center.

The lost-specimen protocol includes compensation frameworks for negligence-classified losses.

Pricing is by unit price per test across 576 sub-line items, with STAT availability, CPT codes, country of manufacture, and testing site required for each line. Quantities range up to 2,543 units per test.
