The estimated contract price range was PKR 4,500,000 to PKR 5,000,000. Award was to be made to the lowest-priced, acceptable, responsible quoter based on initial quotations without discussions, although discussions could be held with offerors in the competitive range. A mandatory pre-quotation site visit was scheduled for April 16 at 11:00 AM. All offerors required SAM registration prior to submission.
