On September 13, 2013, the United States Agency for International Development, Office of Acquisition and Assistance, awarded an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) Small Business Set-Aside to Democracy International, Inc.
The purpose of this IQC is to support the Analytical Services which encompasses the following: (1) providing conflict assessment services including conflict assessments using the Conflict Assessment Framework 2.0 and other tools; and (2) conflict program/project level evaluation services to ensure improved program management and outcomes.

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking innovative proposals to provide services in support to Knowledge Generation, Dissemination and Management; Training; Field Implementation Programs; and Analytical Services for USAID's Office of Conflict Management and Mitigation in the Democracy, Conflict and Humanitarian Assistance Bureau (USAID/DCHA/CMM) as described in the attached Request for Proposals (RFP).

Contractors are expected to provide the range of support and services in a timely and efficient manner in the following areas: 1) Knowledge Generation, Dissemination and Management; 2) Training; 3) Field program Implementation and 4) Analytical Services. Elements 1,2 and 3 above are full and open unrestricted , and element 4 is reserved for Small businesses.
