About this opportunity

The contract requires comprehensive annual preventive maintenance and 24/7 emergency standby services across four facility locations (COB, J.-Becher, Siedlung, and MSGQ), covering 78 exterior units and 886 interior units, along with all labor, tools, consumable materials, and qualified technician support. Key requirements include firm fixed-price pricing with no escalation adjustments, minimum public liability insurance of EUR 250,000 for property damage and EUR 500,000 cumulative, compliance with strict security protocols, and performance standards limiting customer complaints to no more than one per month. This solicitation has no set-aside designation and no incumbent contractor is identified in the available documentation. The contract is structured as a Firm Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) arrangement with a guaranteed minimum order of $5,000 and a maximum contract value of $1,500,000 across one base year and four optional one-year renewal periods, with performance expected to commence no later than February 1, 2026. The scope encompasses maintenance of 60 exterior and 730 interior units at COB and J.-Becher locations, plus 18 exterior and 156 interior units at Siedlung and MSGQ locations, with equipment manufactured primarily by Mitsubishi, Daikin, Panasonic, and Carrier. All work will be performed at the U.S. Consulate General in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, with contractors required to maintain work schedules between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.
