Technicians must hold current R-410A Technician Certification with five years of refrigerant experience, HVAC Level II Certification with five years of HVAC experience, and five years of corporate experience in commercial kitchen equipment maintenance or equivalent plumbing and electrical maintenance experience. All replacement parts must be new OEM parts meeting manufacturer specifications with 90-day minimum warranty, marked up no more than 5% above published manufacturer price. Replacement parts must be ENERGY STAR certified or FEMP-designated to the maximum extent practicable; cleaning chemicals must meet EPA Safer Choice or USDA Certified Biobased standards. The contract consists of a 12-month base period (June 15, 2026 through June 14, 2027) and four 12-month option periods extending through June 14, 2031. The pricing structure caps replacement parts at $8,000 per 12-month period on a not-to-exceed basis; labor pricing is to be provided by offerors. Amendment 0001 added an Equipment Inventory List; offerors must acknowledge receipt in their final submission. Site visits are not permitted. Submissions must include Part I—Technical Capability (five pages maximum), Part II—Past Performance (three recent references within the last three years), and Part III—Price and Administrative information with completed pricing sheet, CAGE Code, UEI, and active SAM.gov registration.
