The formal RFP is anticipated to be issued on or about April 30, 2026. The NAICS code 488190 applies with a small business size standard of $40 million in average annual receipts. The contract structure includes a 90-day transition-in period, followed by a one-year base period and nine optional one-year periods with a potential six-month extension, with an expected award date of approximately December 27, 2027, and full performance to begin on or before March 26, 2028. Offerors must submit past performance questionnaires and utilize the Electronic Cost Reporting and Financial Tracking (eCRAFT) Enterprise tool for cost-type contract line items.
