About this opportunity

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support Subsistence is seeking a commercial firm to supply Coca-Cola cans and bottles to military customers in Wyoming through a Simplified Indefinite-Delivery Contract (SIDC). Key contract requirements include the ability to deliver products with guaranteed freshness, maintain appropriate commercial temperature standards during transport and storage, and provide same-day emergency order delivery capabilities when necessary. Offerors must propose on all items listed in the Schedule of Items, which includes 21 beverage products across various sizes and packaging configurations, and failure to do so will render proposals technically unacceptable. The Contracting Officer is not obligated to initiate negotiations, so offerors must submit their most competitive, fully responsive proposals free from deficiencies by the deadline. Proposals are due no later than 8:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on February 6, 2026, with the resulting contract performance period spanning from May 3, 2026, through May 3, 2031.

This solicitation uses no set-aside designations and is open to all responsible sources. No incumbent contractor or current contractor information is identified in the pre-solicitation notice. The estimated total quantity across the five-year contract period is approximately 4,216 cases of beverages, distributed across two 30-month tier periods, though specific pricing and award values are not disclosed in the pre-solicitation documentation. The contract will serve three primary military customer locations in Wyoming: Cheyenne Wyoming ANG, Chadwell Dining Facility at F.E. Warren AFB, and the F.E. Warren AFB Commissary. Offerors must demonstrate geographic proximity to these Wyoming delivery locations to ensure capability for timely order fulfillment, and vendors will be required to comply with DLA's electronic ordering system (STORES) utilizing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transaction standards for catalog management, purchase orders, and invoicing.
