About this opportunity
The Department of the Air Force Headquarters District Washington is conducting market research to identify responsible vendors capable of providing production support services for the United States Air Force Band. Services required include production labor (audio engineers, lighting directors, lighting designers), equipment rentals (sound systems, lighting systems, stage decking, video walls, generators), venue rentals, trucking, camera and video services, teleprompting, makeup artists, security, rigging equipment, and miscellaneous production supplies. Vendors will be evaluated based on their history of successful performance with live, recorded, and broadcast events, with particular preference given to those with direct experience supporting the United States Air Force Band or military bands. Interested vendors must submit capability statements by March 12, 2026 at 1:30 PM ET to SSgt Tyler Cassady and Mr. Roberto Rongavilla, and all responses must include company contact information, personnel references, a completed price list, and corporate registration details including DUNS number, CAGE code, and SAM registration.
