Installation work will be performed between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays, with all-inclusive monthly pricing covering both intrusion and fire monitoring services with no additional charges permitted. The contract requires compliance with North Carolina prevailing wage rates (determined by county—Chatham County for the Jordan Lake location and Wake/Franklin Counties for the Falls Lake location) and Service Contract Act obligations. Performance locations include B. Everett Jordan Dam & Lake at 2080 Jordan Dam Road, Moncure, NC 27559, and Falls Lake & Dam at 11405 Falls of Neuse Road, Wake Forest, NC 27587.
