About this opportunity

The Naval Sea Systems Command is procuring comprehensive professional video production equipment through this combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. The acquisition includes 65 line items of audiovisual equipment such as ATEM switchers, Canon CR-N300 4K PTZ cameras, Canon EOS C80 6K cinema cameras, Blackmagic converters, Neewer and Aputure RGB LED lighting, Sennheiser microphones, Tilta camera accessories, and various cables and mounting equipment to support video documentation of command events and operations. Offerors must be Original Equipment Manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, or resellers and must provide proof of authorization at the time of offer submission. The government will use the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable evaluation method, awarding to the single responsible offeror who fully complies with solicitation requirements and offers the lowest fair and reasonable price. This is an all-or-none requirement where partial quotes will be deemed unresponsive, with electronic responses due no later than August 20, 2025.

This procurement is designated as a Total Small Business set-aside, restricting competition to qualifying small business entities. The Brand Name/Sole Source Justification document indicates B&H Photo as a potential source, emphasizing the need for equipment compatibility with existing systems and maintaining a consistent equipment ecosystem. While specific dollar values are not disclosed in the summary materials, the procurement encompasses professional-grade video production equipment across multiple categories including cameras, lighting, audio, and post-production accessories. All equipment must be delivered within 30 days to the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Norco, California, where the contract will be performed. The solicitation requires all items to be new from authorized channels and quotes must remain valid for 30 days following submission.
