About this opportunity
The Department of Veterans Affairs seeks to procure a web-based pest management resource including training courses and an electronic Pest Management Field Guide application accessible through the VA app store. This integrated solution would provide technical information on structural pests and integrated pest management procedures to VA facilities nationwide. Quotes were initially due by January 21, 2022, though the due date has been extended to March 14, 2022 with questions due by March 9, 2022. Evaluation will consider the vendor's ability to meet the technical and functional requirements as well as pricing.
The solicitation was originally set aside as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business but has since been modified to a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 541511 and PSC code R499 covers other administrative support services. The incumbent contractor providing similar services was previously the National Pest Management Association. The contract would have a one year base period and four one-year options with all work to be performed within the United States at VA facilities.
