The contractor must maintain operational continuity, displacing no more than 40 personnel per floor and no individual for more than one week. Phased rolling installation across floors 3–7 is required with a maximum two-week duration per floor.
The contractor must be a registered GSA furniture dealer with manufacturer-recognized installer training, provide CDC-badged dedicated personnel, and comply with OSHA, ANSI/BIFMA, Section 508 accessibility, and CDC security protocols. NAICS code is 337214, Office Furniture Manufacturing; PSC is 7110, Office Furniture.
