The system must support broadcasting live and pre-recorded events, display PowerPoint presentations, and manage content through a central dashboard. Contractors will be responsible for hardware installation, including wall mounts, conduit, power outlets, and software deployment that meets strict security standards, with additional obligations to provide comprehensive training and maintain a 95% up-time rate throughout the contract duration.
