About this opportunity
The Wyoming Army National Guard is soliciting on-site document destruction services through solicitation W912L325RA004, requiring a contractor to provide uniformed personnel, mobile shredding equipment, and complete document destruction services at multiple facilities across Wyoming. The contractor must perform crosscut shredding of both confidential and non-confidential documents, providing electronic certificates of destruction after each service and maintaining strict security protocols including handling of Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Services must be performed every four weeks between 0800-1600 hours on weekdays, with the contractor responsible for all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and quality control necessary for the operation. The contract structure includes one base year from September 24, 2025 to September 23, 2026, with four additional 12-month option periods extending through September 23, 2030. The solicitation due date is June 23, 2025, and importantly, the government has noted that funds are not presently available, making the contract contingent upon future appropriated funds.
This opportunity is set aside as a Total Small Business contract with a NAICS code of 561910 and size standard of $16,500,000, though documents also reference it as a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside. The current incumbent contractor operates under contract W912L3-20-P-0031, providing monthly shredding services for existing equipment including 24 hard-sided locking consoles, 4 96-gallon rolling receptacles in Cheyenne, and 15 hard-sided consoles and 15 rolling receptacles at Camp Guernsey. The contract covers document destruction at 21 different locations across two primary sites: facilities in Cheyenne (including FE Warren AFB and Wyoming Air National Guard complex) and Camp Guernsey, with services structured as 12 document destruction jobs per year at each location. Performance will occur in Wyoming, with the contractor managing 15 consoles/document containers distributed across the various military facilities and administrative buildings.
