About this opportunity
This Special Notice is from the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) regarding the Naval Special Warfare Command's (NSWC) plan to close out dormant contract obligations. NSWC intends to close contracts that have $100,000 or less in unliquidated obligations, no disbursements in the past 365 calendar days or more, no contract completion statement, and for which a final payment is believed to have been made.
The purpose of this Special Notice is to provide vendors an opportunity to identify any contracts on the attached list that should not be closed. Vendors must submit a detailed explanation via email as to why a specific contract should remain open, with the notice ID in the subject line. This announcement will close 30 calendar days after the posting date, after which NSWC will begin closing the contracts on the attached list if no notification is received that specific contracts must remain open. There are no set-aside requirements or eligibility criteria, as this is not a contract opportunity but rather a public notice regarding NSWC's contract closeout process.
