The contract will be awarded to Monaco Enterprises, Inc., the original manufacturer and service provider for the base's Fire, Security, and Life Safety Equipment. Specifically, the sole-source contract will cover technology upgrades for computer systems in three buildings, involving the replacement of tower CPUs, monitors, and backup UPS systems. Interested parties have until 9:00 a.m. Japanese Standard Time on June 4th, 2025, to submit information demonstrating their capability to meet the government's requirements. Contractors must provide relevant documentation such as specifications, cut sheets, brochures, and capability statements to prove their ability to supply the required products and services. The total estimated contract value ranges between $149,611 and $169,269, with the scope including system installation, network connectivity verification, performance validation, and operator training.
