About this opportunity

This solicitation seeks to award a firm-fixed-price contract to renovate and equip 17 Basic Rehabilitation Units across four Mexican states. The Department of the Air Force Space Command seeks these services to support the Foreign Humanitarian Assistance Program and Development of the Family initiative. Contractors must review site surveys outlining necessary building modifications and required equipment at each location. Proposals will be evaluated based on technical approach, management and staffing plans, with cost being equal in importance to technical factors combined. All questions are due by August 7, 2020.

The solicitation is set aside for total small businesses. The primary NAICS code is 235930 for renovation services and the primary PSC code covers medical equipment. Work is to be completed within an 18-month period and is valued at approximately $1.25 million. The place of performance is the 17 rehabilitation unit locations across Chiapas, Guerrero, Oaxaca, and Veracruz states in Mexico.
