The contract covers the XWG-MaiTai HP DS (SN 3128), XWG-MaiTai HP DSEV (SN 4724-EV), and XWG-InSight laser systems under a one-year base period with three one-year option periods (July 15, 2026 through July 14, 2030). Required services include OEM-authorized preventive maintenance per manufacturer recommendations, on-demand and emergency repair services, replacement of defective components using OEM parts only, access to proprietary diagnostic tools and firmware updates, services performed by OEM-trained and certified personnel, and calibration and performance verification to maintain critical laser parameters.
