The requirement specifies one 25-ton HVAC unit with DX cooling coil and electric heat, one 150KW electric fan coil heater, 300 feet of 20-inch flexible ductwork, and 300 feet of electrical power cable. The 25-ton unit must deliver minimum 10,000 CFM and 72kW heat output, feature dual thermostat control, operate at 480V/120A/3PH/60Hz with Camlok J-series connections, include 600 feet of cabling, and maintain MERV 8 filtration. The 150KW fan coil must deliver minimum 7,000 CFM with 150KW electric heat and 240F temperature rise, employ TEFC premium motors with VFD controllers, operate at 480 VAC/3 phase/200 FLA maximum, and include Camlok connections, 200-foot heavy-duty cable, and protective cover. All equipment must be delivered fully charged, fully assembled, and ready-to-use in first-class operating condition.
The contractor must provide weekly inspection and preventive maintenance, repair service within twelve hours of notification, and replacement equipment within twenty-four to forty-eight hours if equipment cannot be restored to service. Contractors must be registered in SAM, submit firm fixed prices for all contract line items, provide technical acceptability documentation, and demonstrate recent relevant experience. Contract Data Requirements Lists require submission of sanitized technical manuals, contractor personnel rosters, maintenance support plans, and weekly maintenance service reports via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). The Service Contract Act wage determination for San Diego County applies.
