The contract base period runs from March 29, 2026, through March 28, 2027, followed by four one-year option periods and an optional six-month extension, requiring training delivery within 30 days of valid task order issuance. The government estimates approximately 3,247 training course slots across all course types during the base year, distributed across Navy installations organized by seven Navy regions. All work will be performed at Navy installations located throughout the continental United States, Hawaii, and Guam, with contractors required to register in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) prior to contract award and maintain Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) compliance as specified in DFARS clauses added via Amendment 0004.
