The offeror must hold CMMC Level 1 certification and be registered in SAM. All personnel must be U.S. citizens and comply with badging, vehicle inspection, and base access requirements. An OPSEC plan is not required, but contractors must protect critical information and CUI.

Calibration certificates are due within three business days after completed performance, and Condition Found Reports are due within two days of identifying repairs. Payment is by Wide Area Workflow or Government Commercial Purchase Card up to $100,000. Quoted prices must remain firm for 60 days.
