About this opportunity

This is an unrestricted acquisition.
Place of performance is Sunrise, Florida (3200 Meridian Parkway, Weston, FL 33326). The period of performance runs September 30, 2026 through March 31, 2027. The system must comprise fixed, color, indoor and outdoor, vandal-resistant IP-based cameras with Milestone XProtect Corporate software (no substitutions permitted), recording servers with minimum 16TB RAID 5 storage configured for 30-day retention, network infrastructure using Cat 6 or fiber with purple-colored cabling, UPS backup power, video decoders, and commercial-grade displays (32–55 inches). CCTV coverage is required at five locations: vehicle gate (2 cameras capturing driver and license plate), adjacent vehicle entry area (1 camera), evidence processing area (1 detailed camera), perimeter roll-up doors, and main entry doors (1 detailed camera capturing faces). All equipment must comply with NDAA H.R. 5115 and Trade Agreements Act requirements. The contractor must obtain an Authority to Operate for any covered information system and ensure all systems are fully operational one week before facility occupancy. A mandatory escorted site visit occurred September 10, 2026; valid US REAL ID driver's license is required for access; no security clearances are required.
Award will be made using lowest-price, technically acceptable (LPTA) source selection on an all-or-none basis. Evaluation factors are technical acceptability, past performance (acceptable/unacceptable rating), and price. Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and submit FAR 52.212-3 representations and certifications. NAICS code is 561621 with a $25 million business size standard. PSC code is N063. Contractor must remove existing video surveillance systems and haul away deinstalled equipment.
