About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document related to the Miami Warehouse CCTV Upgrade solicitation (D-26-IS-0036) issued by the Department of Justice Drug Enforcement Administration. The document does not address specific product or service requirements, pricing, response dates, or award information. Instead, it contains two clarification inquiries and responses pertaining to the implementation of a Milestone XProtect video surveillance system upgrade.
The first Q&A addresses the Software License Code (SLC) for the existing Milestone XProtect system, which is required for the government's Milestone team to verify current licensing and determine appropriate pricing for additional camera licenses. The government indicated it does not typically provide the SLC but identified Mr. Keenen as the point of contact who can furnish this information if needed. The second Q&A requests facility documentation including floor plans, site plans, building drawings, and security drawings to support the engineering team's design of camera locations, mounting positions, coverage areas, and fields of view. The government confirmed that facility drawings are available and attached in SAM.gov.

1. Could you please provide the Software License Code (SLC) for your existing Milestone XProtect system? We need it so our Milestone team can verify the existing licensing and provide the correct pricing for the additional camera licenses. Answer: To my knowledge, we do not provide the license code for our software; however, if it is needed, Mr. Keenen can provide your team with that information.
2. Also, if you have any floor plans, site plans, building drawings, security drawings, or any other available plans of the facility, would you please share them with me? They would be very helpful for our engineering team to accurately design the camera locations, mounting positions, coverage, and fields of view. Answer: The facility drawing is attached in SAM.gov.
