About this opportunity

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), a division of the Department of Homeland Security, issued a Sole Source Justification Notice on February 10, 2026, for medical support services designated under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The contract, awarded to Dentrust Dental International, Inc. (doing business as DOCS Health), encompasses pre-employment and post-employment medical and psychological testing services for USCIS Law Enforcement personnel, including selectee medical testing, independent medical examinations, medical document reviews, and psychological evaluations conducted in accordance with U.S. Department of Health and Human Services regulations. The procurement was justified as a sole source award because DOCS Health is the only responsible source capable of providing these specialized services, particularly given the contractor's current satisfactory performance on an identical DHS Immigration and Customs Enforcement contract (70CMSD24C00000001). The Independent Government Cost Estimate is $344,250.00 for a single twelve-month base period, with services to be delivered across all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories from February 2, 2026, through February 1, 2027. Price reasonableness will be determined through comparison with the existing DHS ICE contract pricing for comparable services.
