The RFI is a direct follow-on to existing BPA N6660421AJ101-106. Naval Undersea Warfare Center anticipates releasing a Request for Quotes in late June 2026, resulting in a Firm Fixed Price Multiple-Award Blanket Purchase Agreement for build-to-print hardware fabrication and certification. Work is performed at the contractor's facility and serves authorized users in NUWCDIVNPT Code 34 and Code 85, with multiple Naval Systems Commands, Type Commanders, Naval Research Lab, Naval Special Warfare Development Group, Special Operations Command, and various Program Executive Offices as anticipated sponsors.
Fabrication services include CNC machining, CAD/CAM, welding, braising, EDM, grinding, plating, anodizing, coating, painting, assembly, non-destructive testing (PT, MT, UT, X-Ray), quality inspection, additive manufacturing, and waterjet services. Primary materials are mild steel, medium steel, high tensile steel, stainless steel, and aluminum; specialty metals such as titanium, Inconel, and Monel will be used less frequently. Work follows Government-provided drawings per ASME standards, MIL-STD documents, and ISO/IEC requirements. Contractors must maintain NISPOM compliance, CUI safeguarding, OPSEC program development, and security incident reporting. Current or planned CMMC Level I or Level II certification is required.
Capability statements (maximum five pages, single-spaced, 12-point font) must be submitted to levi.s.andrews2.civ@us.navy.mil by 1400 EST June 3, 2026. Questions are due by 1400 EST May 27, 2026; no extensions are permitted.
